Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ayabombe. Because many of our products are handmade, please consider both production time and shipping time when placing your order.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship products are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Handmade or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Estimated production or processing times may be provided on individual product pages.

Business days do not normally include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information using the email address or contact information provided with the order.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be shipped again.

Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will assist customers when reasonably possible in locating delayed shipments.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order information.

For damaged shipments, photographs of the packaging and product may be required to help us investigate the issue.

International Orders

When international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout specifically states otherwise.

International delivery times may vary because of customs processing.
