At Ayabombe, each item is carefully handmade, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The item must have its original tags or packaging, when applicable.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Because many Ayabombe.com products are handmade or produced in limited quantities, slight variations in color, stitching, pattern, texture, or measurements may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Customized, personalized, or specially made-to-order products are final sale and cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photographs showing the issue so we can review your request.

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins. Because handmade or customized orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once work on an order has started.
